today i went to cvs to get 162 photos of junior made for a scrapbook and the chick behind the counter who developed them was like “your bird is so bad-ass.” yeah, i know! i raised that punk. i even was a cool mom and let him have a mohawk.

anyways, i am trying to ~suppress my sadness~ (that is so healthy) by watching funny youtube videos (although i’m having trouble finding good ones. help, please! [brendan donnelly if you see this i am expecting you to come through. you are a geyser of great vids]) and looking at pictures. here are some i took during the week:

back story of this picture: i’m sitting in lecture and this kid has a varsity jacket of the red m&m looking like he might jump you on your way home. it’s almost as good as those tweety bird jackets that i saw everyone wearing a couple years ago.

my dad at his bachelor party. that outfit is iNsAnE. i’m also not surprised at the adidas. this daddy-o refuses to buy nikes or new balance. for the 18 years he has been my patriarchal figure, he has worn adidas (not those flat-tops though. in more recent years he has opted for another model. i definitely have the ones pictured, in addition to awhite ones and pink pair. they were en vogue in 5th grade!)
